I got contact with a man trough a Swedish business site. Here you can buy and sell companies and find financing.

He said that he was a private investor and diplomat. I had an ad on this site regarding a loan that's why he contacted me. He said that if I want to loan money I must have a security that is 10% cash of what the loan is worth. I should take this money to Amsterdam and show him. Then we go to the bank, something called "notaria" in dutch, and a layer and we would fix the loan.

I never did this because I had to loan at least 1 million euro. That is to much for me.

This guy calls me one time every 3 month's and ask me if I know someone that needs a loan. If I get people to loan money from him I will get 1% of what the loan is worth in pure commission.

I don't know anything more about this guy except his name and mobil/fax number. He does not give me a company address (if he have a company) or any references.

If I want to I can come to Amsterdam for a meeting with him, he will buy me dinner etc and we would talk more about me selling loans to people.

I have found one guy that wants to loan 5 million euro from this guy. The investor/diplomat has sent him a contract for the loan and the only thin left is to take a flight to Amsterdam to finish the rest.
If I close this deal I will get a commission worth 50.000 euro.

I have talked to some people about this, some say it is a scam and some people say that it is a real investor.

I don't have an experience from this kind of business and I need help with this.

The director of "Big Money" once told me...

"If the banks won't loan money to a company or an individual, then the company / individual probably doesn't deserve the loan."

Of course, he told me these words of wisdom before the current Credit Crisis, which has been caused by banks loaning money to people who didn't deserve it. :)

Still, I think the words are a pretty good rule to live by. If you follow this wisdom, you'll realize that your mystery man from the Swedish business site really doesn't need to exist...unless, of course, his entire practice comes up short of "ethical".

If he is the one looking to loan the money then perhaps it is legitimate. I would simply keep everything above board and have your lawyers look over the paper. If you stand to make $50,000 Euro then it's worth it to pay someone to look it over closely.

For me, it's really important to save money and invest for the future.Earning and spending money wisely is best to support you and your family's needs as for leisure and emergency situations.Investing on something you can hold and managing your finances must thread a careful path. But beware to have balanced viewpoint on this. Sometimes greed eats all of your investments.
